The most important fact about Jesus is not what we believe about Him, but that He is present and accessible in the midst of our actual lives.
We often wait for special conditions before we turn to Jesus. He does not wait for special conditions before He turns toward us.
Jesus does not offer a technique for managing exhaustion. He offers Himself — to people in the middle of their labor and their load.
There is no pressure here. Only an open invitation to consider that Jesus is nearer than we usually assume, and more available than we usually live.
